Role

We're looking for someone who is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The executive is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of an organisations products/services. We're also looking for someone adept and flexible to integrating themselves to modern processes.

Requirements
  • 7-10 Years Experience,
  • Must hold a Bachelors Degree or Higher,
  • Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail,
  • Excellent communication and writing skills,
  • Team player with a positive attitude,
Responsibilities
  • Identifying new sales leads,
  • Pitching products and/or services,
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers,
  • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets,
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing,
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings,
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives,
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events,
  • Candidate should have relevant experience in new client acquisition,
  • Should be capable of business development, client servicing and sales,
  • Would be of added benefit if candidate has prior experience with a large print organization preferably into commercial format digital printing, etc.
  • Would be of added benefit if candidate has prior experience with a marketing services/BTL agency,
  • Major responsibility is into B2B & Corporate Selling

Responsibilities
  • Must understand SEO/SEM, Retargeting Campaigns
  • Would have to create email marketing campaigns
  • Would have to engage with an audience on Social Media & Generate Innovative content strategies as per the Brand Guidelines
  • Responsible for building brand Interprint India.
  • Operations of the marketing initiatives for the same and input into strategic thinking with a good understanding of the category and consumer
  • Creating differentiated positioning in line with the vision and values
  • Category and competitive understand of communication as well as product
  • Be the voice of the consumer and input into product, design.
  • Initiate and be part of consumer work.
  • Champion the various customer based initiatives
  • Consumer understanding
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, digital agencies and manage end to end marketing communications
